- Experience with program management in Federal Healthcare, Military Health System (MHS) or AFMS systems.
- Experience in healthcare quality, risk, and safety processes.
- Experience in Management, or in Healthcare related fields.
- Process medical malpractice claims and assist with malpractice cases management
- Review monthly medical malpractice payment reports
- Work with medical facilities to ensure documents are sent properly
- Assist risk manager to prepare minutes and work with AF Surgeon General
- Prepare claim summaries and notification letters to involved healthcare providers
- Review, update, and edit medical malpractice claims and release findings to DHA
- Maintain a system of records
- Collaborate with other AFMRA/SG3OQ functional personnel in adverse event forums to analyze patient safety events and adverse events in order to develop process improvement activities and disseminate clinical lessons learned.
