Clinical Program Manager

Overview of the Position: ECOMPEX, Inc., a premiere Government Contract (Gov-Con) service provider, is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to provide supportive services for our government client.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage project schedules.
  • Prepare the contract Program Management Plan and weekly performance reports.
  • Establish and maintain standards to ensure consistency across all programs.
  • Apply principles of high reliability and healthcare improvement to support readiness within the military health system.
  • Review program activities and provide reports to strengthen operations, reduce risks, and improve processes.
  • Lead weekly meetings with key stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be able to pass a Tier (T1/T2) clearance/background investigation.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a strong background in healthcare.
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in health services management or business management.
  • 5 years’ experience in project and program management or clinical quality management.
  • Experience managing large teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

  • Corporate, HQ or large medical system experienced.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Primary work location: On-site / Falls Church, VA

Travel Expectations: Not required
