Job Description: Senior Program Manager

Overview of the Position: ECOMPEX, Inc., a premiere Government Contract (Gov-Con) service provider, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide supportive services for our client. This position will be performed remotely.

The ECOMPEX career position supports the following:

• Assist in validating Authorization to Release Information including retrieving and reviewing requests for compliance with regulations and processing requests.
• Assist in processing requests for information from SSA.
• Ensure all documents are identified with the required patient demographic data and compliant with regulations.
• Perform electronic file maintenance, including clearing old files and transferring authorized documents to permanent locations.
• Utilize MHS GENESIS, legacy systems, and Health information Archive (HIA) to execute the release of information requests.
• Provide bi-weekly and monthly Statistical Data Reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Able to pass a Tier 1 (T1) Public Trust background investigation.
• 10-15 years of program management experience and the ability to manage a team of health care Professionals.
• Must possess an accredited Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Must possess executive level written and oral communications skills.
• Extensive knowledge/experience using the Military Health System (MHS) and understanding of military culture.
• Experience/knowledge of the Release of Information (ROI) within the DoD.
