Job Description: Construction Project Manager
Overview of the Position: ECOMPEX, Inc., a premiere Government Contract (Gov-Con) service provider, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to provide supportive services for the US Air Force. This position will be performed remotely.
The ECOMPEX career position supports the following:
- Assist with the development, updates, and coordination of UFCs, and other USAF standard criteria, playbooks and Task Order project management guidance.
- Provide expertise in project management related to CMIS (Construction Management Information System) implementation, and project management process standardization.
- Provide ongoing support in evaluating, documenting and troubleshooting technical problems for installations.
- Provide support for facility project programming documents including scope verification/refinement, cost estimate reviews, and editing/drafting revised documents.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on training programs and courses in the Project Management subject area of expertise.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Able to pass a Tier (T1) clearance/background investigation.
- Must possess an accredited Associates degree or higher in design or construction industry related field.
- Must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience overseeing and/or providing management of DoD construction projects.
- Must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in developing technical specifications, design and construction documents, and operating instructions.
- Must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in applying building codes and DoD criteria governing the design and construction.
- Familiarity with Construction Management Information System (CMIS).
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication.

Travel Expectations: Travel is required for this position.
