Job Description: Aviation Readiness Analyst

Overview of the Position: ECOMPEX, Inc., a premiere Government Contract (Gov-Con) service provider, is seeking an Aviation Readiness Analyst to provide supportive services for our government client. This position is on-site.
 

The ECOMPEX career position supports the following:

  • Provide input, analysis, and decision-making presentations, leading to recommendations that address aviation issues, including training capacity distribution and force generation models.
  • Provide monitoring of training processes to ensure training readiness in aviation units.
  • Create and recommend implementation training strategies for Aviation New Equipment Training (NET).
  • Create processes to assist States in conducting and documenting pre/post-mobilization individual/collective training to prepare Aviation units for Overseas Contingency Operations.
  • Prepare draft and final written products including presentations as required for aviation training.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must have an active Top Secret security clearance.
  • Must have working knowledge of rotary and fixed wing Aviation force structure, including aircraft capabilities, crew ratios, support equipment, and command and control relationships.
  • Have Lieutenant Colonel level experience (or equivalent) and staff experience at the HQDA / Army Service Component Command (ASCC) / Corps level (or equivalent) with direct knowledge related to military aviation operations.

Primary work location: On-site

Travel Expectations: Travel is required for this position.

Position Type: On-site Work Schedule, Salaried position.
