Clinical Risk Manager

Overview of the Position: ECOMPEX, Inc., a premiere Government Contract (Gov-Con) service provider, is seeking a Clinical Risk Manager to provide supportive services for our government client.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Draft headquarters‑level documents, including procedural manuals, instructions, decision memorandums, and materials for adverse event and adverse action case processing.
  • Provide technical and analytical support for enterprise healthcare risk management and credentialing/privileging programs.
  • Prepare reports and deliver briefings to various stakeholders.
  • Draft procedural manuals and other headquarters‑level guidance documents.
  • Provide guidance on database management and data analysis and prepare related reports and briefings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be able to pass a Tier (T1/T2) clearance/background investigation.
  • Certification in Healthcare Risk Management.
  • Must have an active unrestricted RN license.
  • 10 years’ experience in healthcare risk management.
  • 5 years’ experience supervising and leading risk management staff.
  • 5 years’ experience supporting healthcare operations through data and database analysis.
  • Experience working in corporate, headquarters, or large health system settings.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

  • Corporate, HQ or large medical system experienced.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Familiar with the Centralized Credentials Quality Assurance System (CCQAS) or other credentialing and privileging databases.

Primary work location: On-site / Falls Church, VA

Travel Expectations: Not required
